This is our wooden, stained plaque. This plaque is 5 X7 inches. Please note this is a natural wooden plaque. All wood has natural variations and your plaque may not look exactly as pictured. We use Traditional Cherry Stain to stain the plaques.

When you add the plaque to cart, there will be a box where you will leave your customization notes to us. Please let us know what poem/quote you would like on the plaque. You may provide your own quote/poem or choose from the list provided. You may also asked for a personalized poem written for you. Upload your photo or email your high quality photo to denysrose.inspire@yahoo.com. Plaques are 5 X 7, yet you may ask for a larger size at an extra cost.
